🏔️ 2022 — First patrol
A group of foresters and activists mapped endangered ancient pine stands in Valais.

First major reforestation campaign in collaboration with local communities.

The Alps are Europe’s water tower and a sanctuary of biodiversity. But rising temperatures and land-use changes threaten this fragile web. DRX works hands-on with mountain communities to restore natural forest structures, protect watersheds, and create climate-resilient woodlands.

We believe forests heal when we listen. Our work blends traditional alpine knowledge with cutting-edge ecology. Because saving the Alps means saving ourselves.
